Menu Plan Monday

Monday: chicken enchiladas, spanish rice, green salad
Tuesday: chow-mein stir fry, fried rice
Wednesday: 9-bean soup, cornbread
Thursday: lasagna, green salad, garlic bread
Friday: pulled pork barbecue sandwiches, tater tots, cole slaw

Wow. Great menu. You're more organized than I am. We dropped in to Arby's tonight. I was going to bake salmon, but we (my husband and I) neither one was in the mood for salmon although I like it really well.

My favorite would probably be the chow mein dinner. I love Americanized Chinese food!

Looks good, can I come over???? I need to get back to my menu planning, I have let it slide and I hate it. I have just been buying basic foods and put things together. I usually plan my meals in the morning, but sometimes I come home from work and didn't plan anything......panic! You have inspired me!
