My favorite thing about fall - I love the slower pace - we run a produce stand, and my dh works like the devil all summer long, with the vegis that we grow and sell. In the fall he can slow down some. Then we get to spend more time together - as we are retired from our full time jobs!

My favorite things are the cooler weather and to see the changing colors and season. We live in a semi-rural area in Idaho and I love the leaves changing, but also seeing the cycle of farming. From the first planting in the spring to the harvesting in the fall and then seeing the fields plowed under covered in snow waiting for spring again.

My favorite thing about fall is- well, everything! It's my favorite season. I love getting out the sweaters to wear, the crisp air, the smell of a fire in the fireplace, the kids jumping in leaves! Unfortunately here in AK we have a very short fall followed by a very long winter! Oh, and my favorite favorite is pumpkin pie :) LOL

Fall in Florida ...it's not the same as the crunchy leafed sidewalks up north, but here, when the temperature goes way down to 70 I love being able to wear sweaters, leave the doorwalls open, pile an extra blanket on at night. On Halloween I dress up as a witch and sit on the front porch while giving out treats to all the princesses and superheros.
My favorite thing about Fall is getting all cozy. I love the warmer clothing, blankets, hot chocolate or tea and a good book! I just finished Blue Heart Blessed and loved it. Thanks for entering my name.

Fall is for Casseroles, Yummy Desserts, Jumping in the leaves, and going to Craft Fairs :)
I love that I live in the NC mountains! I grew up in south Florida where we do not have seasons and I'm still amazed at all the color. I feel like a child seeing it for the first time every year. It is just spectacular when you drive down the Blue Ridge Parkway and see every color imaginable in the trees!

My favorite thing about fall is the beautiful colors that the leaves change. I love how the air is crisp and cool. I love apple picking, carving pumpkins, wearing sweaters, listening to the sound of leaves crunching under my feet when I walk the dog. I love how it's the start of the holiday season too.

My favorite thing about fall is the weather finally starts to cool off here. About mid-October we are able to turn off the a/c and open the windows. I love standing at the kitchen sink and feeling the breeze come through the open window. Ahhhhhhhhhh. It puts me in the mood to bake, bake, bake!
We don't get much of a fall, so I guess my favorite thing would be to get out of the 80 degree weather.

My favorite thing BOUT FALL IS HOT drinks. Apple ciser, hot chocolate, hot tea, and reading a book snuggled in a warm blanket.
Living in CA we don't get the beautiful color changes. What I do love are the crisp afternoons. They are great for walking with a friend.

My favorite thing about fall? well,I had to think on that for a little while. Here in LA we have fall all winter long. But I Think I love planting the pansies and watching the leaves fall. I like to pick up a pretty leaf and press it into something. I like the fireplace and watching patterns glowing. I see all kinds of things in that fire. We had our first fire this morning.

My favorite thing about fall is the changing of the colors. I don't see that much out here in CA, nor do feel the change in temperature. So I rely on the scent of pumpkin. i hate to say that i am not a cold weather fan! but fall has a few redeeming factors... a warm fire, hot drinks (coffee, hot choc, tea), and Thanksgiving, my favorite holiday!
