I am… complex.
I want… to always stay in God's will.
I have… much more than I deserve.
I wish… Christians understood each other better.
I hate… uncertainty.
I miss… having a church home.
I fear… I dunno... fear itself?
I feel… content.
I hear… my fingers on the keyboard.
I smell… coffee.
I crave… nothing at the moment.
I search… for answers.
I wonder… what the future holds.
I regret… wasted time.
I love… because He first loved me.
I ache… because I can't do more.
I care… for my family.
I always… check my email.
I am not… extroverted.
I believe… I can trust God.
I dance… only when I'm being silly.
I sing… hymns that learned as a child.
I cry… sometimes.
I don’t always… reach out as much as I should.
I fight… for what's right.
I write… to express myself.
I never… have to do car maintenance. Thank you, sweetheart!
I listen… to audio books.
I need… to not worry so much.
I am happy… to spend time with Lyle.
This challenging writing prompt was provided by e-Mom @ Chrysalis as part of the Marriage Monday series. Today's topic is Celebrating Womanhood. I enjoyed thinking about the sentence starters on this list, but I found it harder than I expected. I'd love to read your list, so if you decide to participate please let me know!

And lean not on your own understanding;
In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He shall direct your paths.
Provers 3:5
Set up signposts,
Make landmarks;
Set your heart toward the highway...

HHHmmm! I should do that one. Your list was fabulous! xorachel
Thanks for sharing your list with us today at MM! It's great to get reacquainted with everyone since we've all been running 90 to nothing over the Holidays! Have an awesome week!
Connie
As a busy mom of four I sure like audio books too, and podcasts!
Fearing fear, so true. I often wonder what will I fall apart under because of fear and thank goodness I can trust the Spirit in me isn't of fear like my old heart was.
Thanks for sharing!
Hi Karla
I enjoyed getting to know you a little. I answered the same for the fear one! I am also not extroverted (though I called it socially awkward for me).
Thanks for sharing.
Glad to get to know you a little more. I have seen a common thread today: we all regret in some shape or form that we have time wasted. I surely regret it.
Love & peace,
<>< Iris
I bet you are "to the point" too. Your list is probably the most direct and concise that I've seen so far. I like that. I can get lost sometimes on a blog that is too wordy.
Loved the one about car maintenance. I don't have to do that either! Thanks for sharing your heart, Karla!
Hi Karla: Nice to meet you, stopping by from marriage Monday, but it's not my first time here.
Great list.
I enjoyed reading your answers and can relate to them.
I enjoyed reading your answers. There was a lot I could identify with. It was nice to get to know you better.
I enjoyed your answers! Like you, I always… check my email. (What would we do without email? LOL.) And no car maintenance for me either!
This exercise was indeed more challenging than it looked. But the results are spectacular! I feel I know people a lot better, with just a few pencil sketches.
Thanks for jumping in and joining us for Marriage Monday today, Karla.
Blessings, e-Mom ღ
Love this list! I see where we have much in common. Love that you start the list with "complex"---that would be me as well. Have discovered audio books while nursing keeps my brain engaged.
Thank you for sharing.
Yes, it was harder than I expected as well!
Have a great day!
Bethany
