The Slow Cooker Chicken Cordon Bleu from last week was okay. It tasted good, just wasn't very "pretty". We decided it would probably make a better oven-baked casserole than a Crock-pot meal. My daughter said she would like it better with rice than with the stuffing. I'll probably tweak it some more next time I make it.
For this week, my plan is:
Monday - Taco Rice, nachos
Tuesday - Baked Potato Soup, cornbread
Wednesday - sub sandwiches, fresh veggies
Thursday - sloppy joes, tater tots, coleslaw
Friday - pizza, salad
