Menu Ideas

I had this all typed up once and then Xanga crashed or something and I lost it all. Arrghhh! Hopefully it will work this time.

Okay... here's my plan. Instead of making a menu schedule I am going to make 4 lists with as many options as I can think of for Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, and Supper... keeping the options pretty basic so it won't be hard to keep the ingredients on hand. I'm always open for more ideas! Then each morning (or maybe the evening before) I can choose something from each list to be that day's meals. This will give me more flexibility and the option to repeat some things more often if we feel like it, to work in left-overs, and to eat out. What do you think?
